The Company reserves the right to remove participants whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, abusive, or violates community standards without refund.

You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation and release Ashton Impact Group, its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and representatives from liability arising from participation.
PAYMENT TERMS
All fees are stated in U.S. Dollars.

REFUND POLICY
COACHING AND CONSULTING SERVICES
Due to the nature of coaching and consulting services, all fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a signed agreement.
RETREATS AND EVENTS
Retreat and event cancellation policies will be disclosed at the time of registration and may vary by event.
MASTERMIND PROGRAMS
Mastermind investments are generally non-refundable due to limited enrollment and reserved participation spaces.
DIGITAL PRODUCTS
All digital product sales are final.
